Kirkland’s Action Plan for the Integration of Handicapped Persons

The Town of Kirkland has the obligation to prepare and publish annually an Action plan describing the measures to be taken in the coming year to reduce barriers to the integration of handicapped people on its territory, in accordance with the Act to secure handicapped persons in the exercise of their rights with a view to achieving social, school and workplace integration (R.S.Q., c. E-20.1).

This Action plan outlines the town’s commitment to implement concrete measures required to facilitate the integration of people with disabilities in Kirkland.

The Action Plan lists the accomplishments of the previous year and identifies the objectives and measures to be taken for the current year.
