Online Registration Only

To register for Kirkland Day Camps, you must have:

  • An active AccèsCité Loisirs user account. Make sure all your children have been added to the account and that is has been activated; 

    ATTENTION! Do not wait until the last minute to activate your account... Account activation requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the desired program registration date, may make it impossible for the participant to register on the day of registration.

  • Social insurance number of the paying parent (for tax credit purposes)
  • Emergency phone numbers
  • Participant’s medical information

Waiting list

We strongly recommend that you add your name on the waiting list if an activity that interests you is indicated as ‘Full’. You can choose the desired group and click on ‘Register for this group’. No fees are charged when a registration is pending on the waiting list. We will contact you should a place in the program become available.

Aquatic Camp (New registration procedure)

Residents Only : As of THURSDAY, April 3, 9 am

This program has a limited number of places. 
Please limit registration to ONE SESSION per child.

  • NEW: The camp starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm
  • Two 4-week sessions
  • 4 swimming classes per week
  • Free swim in the afternoon

Daycare Service

For all : As of THURSDAY, May 29, 9 am

The Daycare Service is a complementary service to the Day Camp Programs. Once your child has registered for a week of camp, he/she is guaranteed to be able to register for daycare for that same week. Registration for the babysitting service can be done online, until 12 noon on the Friday before specific week, by accessing your AccèsCité Loisirs account.
  • Payment by credit card only : Full amount or 3 pre-authorized payments: 50% on registration day, 25% on May 20 and 25% on June 20 (minimum amount required: $250)

  • Online payment via ACCEO Transphere : the secure payment platform is provided by Bambora located in Victoria, BC.

Parents who wish to apply for the Day Camp Companion Program for a child with special needs must fill out the form below and return it by email at [email protected] before registration. The answers to this questionnaire will allow the Recreation Department to better serve the needs of children who will take part in the summer day camp program.

Upon receipt of your application, the Recreation Department will review same and contact you before the registration period to confirm the number of weeks allotted to your child. You will then be able to register your child on the dates and times specified on this page. It should be noted that this program is reserved for Kirkland residents only.

  • No advance registration is possible.
  • Online registration for a given week closes 4 working days (on Tuesdays) prior to the beginning of that specific week.
  • All DAY CAMP programs are weekly programs - Single-day registration is not possible.
  • To speed up the registration process, you can complete your child’s medical file ONLINE before registration begins via your AccèsCité Loisirs account (My profile /My family members) - Guidelines available on our website during the month of March.
  • For safety, administrative and logistical reasons, we will not be able to accept requests to place friends in the same group. There are too many factors to take into account when creating groups.
  • The age to participate in a program is established as at September 30, 2025. Therefore, a child who will be 5 years old on September 28, 2025 may register for this year’s 5-6 year old program whereas a child who turns 5 on October 28, 2025 will only be able to register for that program in 2026. The child who turns 7 on July 30, 2025 must register for the 7-8 year old group from the start of the program.
  • In the case of school derogations, parents are asked to contact the Recreation Department at 514 630-2719 BEFORE registering their child.

To cancel or transfer a registration (including daycare services), please complete the cancellation or transfer form available online or at the Recreation Department. Please note that any requests received less than 5 business days (Monday) prior to the registration week will not be accepted.

  • Cancellation or transfer request: an administrative fee of 10% per week per child will apply

As of Tuesday, June 3, 2025

  • Cancellation request: an administrative fee of 20% per week per child will apply
  • Request to transfer registration to another weekly session: an administrative fee of 10% per week per child will apply
