Notice to affected residences:
Pasquini St.: all addresses (1 to 33)
Please note that the water supply to your household will be temporarily interrupted between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, to allow for work to be carried out in your area. In preparation for this work, we recommend that you stock up on potable water to meet your consumption needs during this period.
Once water supply is restored, a preventative boil-water advisory will be in effect for a minimum of 48 hours and until further notice.
Preventative Boil-Water Advisory
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please note that you must boil your tap water (bringing it to a bubbling boil) for at least 1 minute before drinking it, or use bottled water for:
drinking or preparing beverages;
preparing baby bottles and baby food;
washing and preparing food to be eaten raw (fruits, vegetables, etc.);
preparing food that doesn’t require long cooking time;
making ice cubes;
brushing your teeth or rinsing your mouth;
providing water to pets.
YOU MAY USE UNBOILED TAP WATER TO :
prepare food and dishes that require long boiling time for cooking;
wash dishes in hot water, making sure to dry them well;
wash clothing;
take a shower or bath (make sure that young children do not swallow water while bathing).
Lifting of the boil-water advisory
Water samples will be collected from various locations and submitted for laboratory analysis. The boil-water advisory will be lifted once we receive the results of these tests, which requires a minimum of 48 hours.

Location: Hymus Boulevard, between Saint-Charles Boulevard and Sainte-Marie Road
Nature of the work: Road scarification and paving work will be carried out at night, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Reconstruction of certain sidewalk sections and drainage corrections will take place during the day.
Expected impacts: Complete closure of Hymus Boulevard, between 9 p.m. and 5 am. Road users will be asked to follow the temporary signage in place to bypass the work zone.
Local traffic as well as access to properties will be maintained at all times.

Painting work on fire hydrants will begin on Thursday, June 11, in the Lacey Green East and West areas. The work is expected to be completed by the end of June.

Affected locations: odd-numbered addresses 3 to 55
Residents whose property is located within this area will not have access to their driveway for approximately 24 hours. They are therefore asked not to park their vehicle on the street or in their driveway as of 6 a.m. on June 22.
To ensure optimum results, it is very important that there be no through traffic within the construction zone throughout this period of time. We ask the residents who will park their vehicles on adjacent streets to observe the parking signs in place.
In the event of rain or if the work cannot be completed, it will be postponed to Thursday, June 25.

The contractor has completed the liner insertion work as well as the replacement of service boxes. Backfilling of the access pits and paving work are currently underway.

Nature of work: Watermain rehabilitation work by structural lining: a process that involves inserting a highly durable structural liner inside the existing pipe, thereby extending its service life by more than 25 years.
Temporary drinking water supply system:
The temporary drinking water supply system was put into operation on May 25. The relevant documentation on this matter was distributed to all affected residents.

Le terme patio désigne toute structure extérieure surélevée ou attenante à une habitation. Selon le contexte, on peut également parler de terrasse, balcon, galerie, deck ou pontage.
Pour construire un patio sur sa propriété, ou pour en remplacer un déjà existant, un certificat d’autorisation délivré par le Service de l’aménagement urbain est obligatoire.
Réglementation applicable
Avant de construire un patio, il importe de bien connaître la réglementation applicable en la matière. Les patios doivent respecter les règles spécifiques énoncées dans le règlement municipal d’urbanisme suivant :
La réglementation spécifique régissant l’emplacement des terrasses figure à l’article 5.7 b) du Règlement de zonage no 90-58
Aucun patio ne doit être située à moins de :
2,0 m (6,6 pi) d’une limite latérale du terrain
4,5 m (14,76 pi) d’une limite arrière du terrain
0 m (0 pi) d’une habitation
Un patio ne doit pas empiéter dans la marge avant minimale.
Dans le cas d’un terrain d’angle, si une piscine hors terre empiète dans la marge avant minimale, la terrasse peut également empiéter, à condition d’être située à au moins 3,0 m (9,8 pi) de l’emprise de rue.
La réglementation spécifique régissant les mesures de protection des arbres obligatoires figure à l’article 5.6c) du Règlement de zonage no 90-58.
Lors de travaux de construction, d’excavation ou d’aménagement paysager, tous les arbres, qu’ils soient publics ou privés, doivent être protégés conformément aux dispositions suivantes :
Installer une clôture de protection rigide d’une hauteur minimale de 1,2 m (4,0 pi), située à une distance minimale de 1,2 m (4,0 pi) du tronc de l’arbre. Les clôtures en broche à poule, les clôtures à neige, les clôtures temporaires flexibles de chantier ou tout autre matériau similaire sont interdites.
Installer des tapis de protection au sol ou des panneaux de contreplaqué d’une épaisseur minimale de 19 mm (¾ po) à proximité des arbres, partout où des véhicules circulent ou où des matériaux sont entreposés.
Tailler proprement les racines exposées dans les zones d’excavation et les maintenir humides pendant toute la durée des travaux.
Protéger les branches susceptibles d’être endommagées pendant l’exécution des travaux.

Tout ce dont vous avez besoin sont vos plans et autres documents requis en format numérisé (les photos de documents ne sont pas acceptées) et une carte de crédit. Le service est offert 24 heures sur 24 et 7 jours sur 7.

Plan d'implantation Dessin (numérique ou fait à la main) réalisé sur une deuxième copie du certificat de localisation, montrant au minimum l’emplacement, les dimensions, la hauteur et les distances de la construction projetée ou de remplacement par rapport aux limites du terrain et aux autres éléments présents sur le terrain. Un plan préparé par un professionnel n’est pas requis.
Soumission de l'entrepreneur détaillant les travaux Tout document produit par le fabricant et/ou l’entrepreneur précisant les spécifications techniques du patio à installer (ex. : matériaux, dimensions, etc.).
Procuration Si une personne autre que le propriétaire soumet la demande, une preuve d’autorisation signée par le propriétaire doit être fournie.
Sous toute réserve : certaines situations peuvent nécessiter un plan préparé par un professionnel.
