Please note that the water supply to your household will be temporarily interrupted between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, to repair a water main break that occured in your area. In preparation for this work, we recommend that you stock up on potable water to meet your consumption needs during this period. Once water supply is restored, a preventative boil-water advisory will be in effect for a minimum of 48 hours and until further notice. Preventative Boil-Water Advisory

Roadway Rehabilitation – Sainte-Marie East OverpassDates: July 9 to July 21, 2026 Location: Sainte-Marie East Overpass Nature of the work: Work will include the reconstruction of certain sidewalk sections as well as drainage corrections, which will be carried out during the day. Scarification and repaving operations on the north and south sections of the roadway, near the approaches to the overpass, will take place overnight, between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Traffic impacts: Lane reductions are to be expected during daytime work. Overnight, the eastbound Sainte-Marie Overpass will be completely closed to traffic. Road users will be asked to follow the signage in place to detour around the work area. The Town of Kirkland has many halls and park chalets that citizens, associations and organizations can rent out for different occasions or activities (banquets, meetings, parties, exhibits, shows, etc.).
To make a reservation
For a short-term request, please fill out the Reservation request form* and return it to the Recreation Department either by email, fax or in person at their offices in the Sports Complex.
For a long-term request (weekly events, monthly meetings, etc.), please contact the facilities Reservations Agent directly by phone or email.

Rental Tariffs

Contract Modification Policy (Date or hours)
- Six (6) business days or more before the event: Additional fee of $20 per modification
- Five (5) business days or less before the event: No changes allowed; there will be no refunds or credit notes issued.
Cancellation Policy
- Six (6) business days or more before the event: A penalty of 20 % of the total rental amount is charged
- Five (5) business days or less before the event: No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
*By completing this form, I understand that the information contained herein will be accessible to any Town employee involved in processing the file. I consent freely and knowingly to have all the information I have provided to the Town retained in accordance with the required security standards and the Town's retention rules.
