CALL TO CITIZENS

We need your help to test the effectiveness of our new "Online Permit Management" platform and help us improve it!

A new "Online Permit Management" portal now allows citizens to submit a permit application online, track its status and, in many cases, pay the fees and obtain the desired permit/certificate, without having to go anywhere. All you need are your plans and other required documents in digital format (photos are not accepted), and a credit card.  The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All Kirkland citizens are invited to use this platform now to submit their permit/certificate requests, and to send us feedback on their experience, by e-mail to [email protected].

  • To access the Town of Kirkland's "Online Permit Management" platform, you must log in using your Google, Facebook or Microsoft account, by clicking here.
  • For general inquiries about permits and certificates or other activities under the responsibility of the Urban Planning and Environment Department, click here.

Permit requests can also be submitted in person at the Town Hall during regular business hours.
