Online registration is mandatory!

To register online for youth activities, you must be a member of the Library and have an active AccèsCité Loisirs account. Do not wait until registration time to create your account because they’re only activated on weekdays during the Recreation Department’s business hours. CHRISTMAS CRAFT KIT TO GO

Take home our Santa Advent Calendar craft kit! Each kit includes the materials you will need (except for glue and scissors) to make an easy and educational craft. We have a limited number of craft kits available.

KOKOBRIK WORKSHOP: CHRISTMAS VILLAGE AND ELF FACTORY WITH LEGO®

SATURDAY, December 30 from 2 to 4 pm
Bilingual activity for 5 to 13 year olds

Dive into the heart of the world of building the Christmas Village and the Elf Factory. To accomplish your mission, you will learn how to build the Christmas Village, houses, and custom Lego® Christmas characters. This workshop is open to beginnersor talented builders, and is ideal for stimulating your imagination and creativity!

ELF ON THE SHELF: WHERE COULD HE POSSIBLY BE HIDING TODAY?

Come and have fun creating Minecraft figures using origami, a Japanese art of paper folding.

During this activity, you will be able to create a canvas painting of a heart inspired by Brazilian artist Romero Britto.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

In order to provide all children an opportunity to participate in the activities, a 24-hour notice is required in the event of a cancellation, otherwise a $2 fee per activity will be charged.

In accordance with the Library’s Unattended Children Policy, the parent/guardian of a child under the age of 10 must remain on the premises of the Library for the duration of the activity in which the child is enrolled. In addition, children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the activity. Only children 6 years and older can attend the activity alone.

The Town takes no responsibility for children left unattended.
