Traffic disruption on Saint-Charles Boulevard South – Work by ÉnergirDates: Friday, October 2, starting at 9 p.m., to Sunday, October 4 Location: 3068 Saint-Charles Boulevard Nature of the work: Énergir will carry out work on Saint-Charles Boulevard South to install a natural gas network that will serve the Liveo residential development. Expected traffic disruptions: Two southbound lanes on Saint-Charles Boulevard will be closed between Sainte-Marie Road and Hymus Boulevard. Left turns onto Hymus Boulevard will be prohibited. Road users must follow the signage in place. Police officers will be present at the intersection of Saint-Charles and Hymus boulevards. The assessment roll deposited by the Direction de l’évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal shows the following information for each unit of assessment located in the Town of Kirkland:

- property address
- registration number
- cadastral number
The new assessment roll for the City of Montreal was deposited on September 10, 2025. Values in the roll reflect market conditions as at July 1, 2024. It is the basis for your 2026, 2027 and 2028 tax bills. You have until April 30, 2028 to apply for an administrative review of the assessment of your home.
