Total snow accumulations of 25 to 40 centimeters are expected late tonight through Thursday night. Moderate winds will accompany the snow, producing local blowing snow. The rapid accumulation of snow could make travel difficult in some locations. Visibility will suddenly drop to near zero at times under heavy snow and blowing snow. Traffic may also be significantly impacted, especially during rush hour.

City crews are asking for your cooperation, which is essential given the amount of snow expected.
In order not to interfere with the city’s snow removal operations, ON-STREET PARKING IS PROHIBITED throughout the city, until further notice.
Due to the exceptional amount of snow expected today and again, this weekend, residents should expect snow removal operations to continue into early next week.

- Use caution on the road: Limit travels as much as possible.
- Tree branches and other debris: If you notice tree branches or other debris obstructing public roadways, please advise our Municipal Patrol at 514 630-1234 (24/7).
- Power outages: In case of power outages, contact Hydro-Québec at 1-800-790-2424 or visit their website.
- Emergencies: For any urgent situation, please call 9-1-1.
