Property assessment

Property assessment

The assessment roll deposited by the Direction de l’évaluation foncière de la Ville de Montréal shows the following information for each unit of assessment located in the Town of Kirkland:

  • valuation
  • land area
  • property address
  • registration number
  • cadastral number

The new assessment roll for the City of Montreal was deposited on September 10, 2025. Values in the roll reflect market conditions as at July 1, 2024. It is the basis for your 2026, 2027 and 2028 tax bills. You have until April 30, 2028 to apply for an administrative review of the assessment of your home.
