General Rental Conditions

  • The reserved rental period must include time for setup, decorating, the event itself, and cleanup.
  • The renter is responsible for setting up and taking down tables, chairs, and any other equipment.
  • The renter must provide their own dishes, utensils, tablecloths, dish towels, etc.
  • Teen parties (ages 14 to 17) are not permitted.
  • The sale and/or distribution of goods or merchandise is prohibited.

Alcohol Consumption on the Premises
