Registration for notices and alerts is completed through the Citizen Portal. 

Step 1: Log in to the Citizen Portal

Access the Citizen Portal using your email address and password.

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form

Once logged in:

  1. Click the "Subscribe to Notices and Alerts" icon.
  2. Complete the online registration form.

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from municipal notices and alerts, please email us at communication@ville.kirkland.qc.ca  and provide your name, address, and telephone number(s).

Important:

Registration for municipal notices and alerts requires a Citizen Portal account.

If you have not yet created your account, you must first register for the Citizen Portal before you can receive notices and alerts.
