*Participants must bring their own equipment
Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult

PUBLIC SKATING

Free activity, no registration required

January 6 to April 7, 2024
*Exceptions: January 13, 14 and 27, February 10,11, 17 and 18, March 31

Saturdays, from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
Sundays, from 2 to 3:45 p.m.
*Exception : April 7

• Mandatory mittens and helmets for 11 years old and under
• Skate tying to take place in the first section of stands
• Limited number of skaters permitted on the ice (48)

ADULT AND TOTS SKATING

Free activity, no registration required

January 9 to April 4, 2024
*Exception: April 2

Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12 to 1:20 p.m.

• One-third of the ice is reserved for tots
• Two-thirds of the ice are reserved for adults
• Mittens and helmet mandatory for tots
• Parents on skates must be present on the ice
• Limited number of skaters permitted on the ice (48)

ADULT SHINNY HOCKEY (18+)

January 8 to April 3, 2024
*Exceptions: March 18 and April 1

Mondays and Wednesdays, from 11:45 am to 12:45 pm

• Mandatory equipment:
  Helmet, visor, neck guard and gloves

Admission:

• Free with proof of residency in Kirkland
• $5 without proof of residency and for non-residents
• No refunds.

Weekly Mandatory Online Registration

• You must have an ACTIVE AccèsCité Loisirs account to be able to register
• Be proactive and create your online account ahead of time to avoid last-minute problems

• 2 proofs of residency will be requested for everyone
• Accounts are only activated on weekdays during the Recreation Department’s business hours.

When to register?

• For all: as of FRIDAY 9 am, to register for the following week.
• Note that online registration ends at 11 am the day of the activity.
• Important: You must complete the transaction (CHECK OUT) even if it's for a free activity.

Verifications will be carried out regularly.
