The Town of Kirkland has many halls and park chalets that citizens, associations and organizations can rent out for different occasions or activities (banquets, meetings, parties, exhibits, shows, etc.).

For a short-term request, please fill out the Reservation request form* and return it to the Recreation Department either by email, fax or in person at their offices in the Sports Complex.

Rental Tariffs

Contract Modification Policy (Date or hours)

  • Six (6) business days or more before the event: Additional fee of $20 per modification
  • Five (5) business days or less before the event: No changes allowed; there will be no refunds or credit notes issued.

Cancellation Policy

  • Six (6) business days or more before the event: A penalty of 20 % of the total rental amount is charged
  • Five (5) business days or less before the event: No refunds or credit notes will be issued.
