Adventure week with Everblast
(5-12 year olds)

From August 17 to 21, at Meades Park / Sports Complex

9 am to 4 pm

Throughout the week, participants will experience:

  • Interactive carnival-style games
  • Structured team challenges and mini-competitions
  • Creative team-building missions
  • Action-packed movement games
  • Surprise moments and high-energy group celebrations

No daycare available during this adventure week.

Please note: This is a themed event week delivered and supervised by Everblast Experience and does not operate as a part of the Kirkland Day Camp program.

Cost per 5-day session

To register, you must have:

  • An active AccèsCité Loisirs user account. Make sure all your children have been added to the account and that is has been activated. 
    ATTENTION! Do not wait until the last minute to activate your account... Account activation requests submitted less than 24 hours prior to the desired program registration date, may make it impossible for the participant to register on the day of registration.
  • Social insurance number of the paying parent (for tax credit purposes)
  • Emergency phone numbers
  • Participant’s medical information

Waiting list:

We strongly recommend that you add your name on the waiting list if an activity that interests you is indicated as ‘Full’. You can choose the desired group and click on ‘Register for this group’. No fees are charged when a registration is pending on the waiting list. We will contact you should a place in the program become available.

Priority to Kirkland Residents : From THURSDAY, April 9, 8 am to TUESDAY, April 21, 4 pm

  • Payment by credit card only (full amount)
  • Online payment via ACCEO Transphere : the secure payment platform is provided by Bambora located in Victoria, BC.
  • No advance registration is possible.
  • Online registration for a given week closes 4 working days (on Tuesdays) prior to the beginning of that specific week.
  • To speed up the registration process, you can complete your child’s medical file ONLINE before registration begins via your AccèsCité Loisirs account (My profile /My family members)

  • For safety, administrative and logistical reasons, we will not be able to accept requests to place friends in the same group. There are too many factors to take into account when creating groups. NO EXCEPTION.
  • The age to participate in a program is established as at September 30, 2026.
  • In the case of school derogations, parents are asked to contact the Recreation Department at 514 630-2719 BEFORE registering their child.

To cancel a registration, please complete the cancellation form available online or at the Recreation Department. 

Until Monday, June 1st, 2026

  • Cancellation request: an administrative fee of 10% per week per child will apply

As of Tuesday, June 2, 2026

  • Cancellation request: an administrative fee of 20% per week per child will apply

Please note

  1. Any requests received less than 5 business days (Monday) prior to the registration week will not be accepted: no refund or credit will be issued.
  2. No transfers to a Kirkland camp program will be granted.
  3. This program is NOT part of the Kirkland Day Camps.
