As part of the work currently underway on Aesop Street, a temporary interruption of the drinking water supply is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, July 1, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., for the above-mentioned addresses. In preparation for this work, we recommend to stock up on potable water to meet consumption needs during this period.
Once water supply is restored, a preventative boil-water advisory will be in effect for a minimum of 48 hours and until further notice.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Please note that you must boil your tap water (bringing it to a bubbling boil) for at least 1 minute before drinking it, or use bottled water for:
drinking or preparing beverages;
preparing baby bottles and baby food;
washing and preparing food to be eaten raw (fruits, vegetables, etc.);
preparing food that doesn’t require long cooking time;
making ice cubes;
brushing your teeth or rinsing your mouth;
providing water to pets.

Due to an unforeseen situation, the water shut-off area must be expanded, and additional interventions on the water main network will be required. Residents whose property is located within this area will not have access to their driveway for approximately 24 hours. They are therefore asked not to park their vehicle on the street or in their driveway as of 6 a.m. on June 25.
To ensure optimum results, it is very important that there be no through traffic within the construction zone throughout this period of time. We ask the residents who will park their vehicles on adjacent streets to observe the parking signs in place.
In the event of rain or if the work cannot be completed, it will be rescheduled to the next business day.

Nature of work: Watermain rehabilitation work by structural lining: a process that involves inserting a highly durable structural liner inside the existing pipe, thereby extending its service life by more than 25 years.
Temporary drinking water supply system:
The temporary drinking water supply system was put into operation on May 25. The relevant documentation on this matter was distributed to all affected residents.

The Daycare Service is a complementary service to the Day Camp Programs. Once your child has registered for a week of camp, he/she is guaranteed to be able to register for daycare for that same week.
Registration for the Daycare Service can be done online, until 12 noon on the Friday before specific week, by accessing your AccèsCité Loisirs account.
Payment by credit card only : Full amount or 3 pre-authorized payments: 50% on registration day, 25% on May 20 and 25% on June 20 (minimum amount required: $250)
Online payment via ACCEO Transphere : the secure payment platform is provided by Bambora located in Victoria, BC.
Online registration for a given week closes 4 working days (on Tuesdays) prior to the beginning of that specific week.
All DAY CAMP programs are weekly programs - Single-day registration is not possible.
To speed up the registration process, you can complete your child’s medical file ONLINE before registration begins via your AccèsCité Loisirs account (My profile /My family members) Procedure to complete my child’s camp file
For safety, administrative and logistical reasons, we will not be able to accept requests to place friends in the same group. There are too many factors to take into account when creating groups. NO EXCEPTION.
The age to participate in a program is established as at September 30, 2026. Therefore, a child who will be 5 years old on September 28, 2026 may register for this year’s 5-6 year old program whereas a child who turns 5 on October 28, 2026 will only be able to register for that program in 2027. The child who turns 7 on July 30, 2026 must register for the 7-8 year old group from the start of the program.
In the case of school derogations, parents are asked to contact the Recreation Department at 514 630-2719 BEFORE registering their child.
All regular DAY CAMP programs (5-14 years old) will be held at the Kirkland Sports Complex (16950, Hymus Blvd.). Only the specialized Aquatic Camp will take place at Ecclestone Chalet (130, Argyle)
The Aquatic Camp is back! There’s nothing better than to have fun swimming in the summer! This swim camp lets you learn how to swim in a fun and secure environment. Participants will be grouped according to their skill level.
Residents only: proof of residency will be verified.
CHOICE between a 3-week session OR a 4-week session*
The camp starts at 8:30 am and ends at 4:00 pm.

Cooperative games, arts and crafts, sports, theme days, workshops, special guests.
Free swim in the afternoon
As a courtesy and in order to allow as many children as possible to benefit from this program, we ask that you to register your child for only one session. If two sessions are selected, the Recreation Department will be required to cancel one of them.

Participants assist leaders while acquiring the basic knowledge required for becoming a day camp leader. Program includes the role of a leader, animation techniques, child safety, child development, first aid, DAFA training and CPR courses with a certificate of achievement upon completion of the session.
