Please note that we will need to carry out work on the water main in your area on Wednesday, August 6, and your drinking water supply will be temporarily interrupted between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Consequently, it would be advisable for you to prepare a water reserve to use during this interruption period. Once water supply has been restored to your household, a preventative boil-water advisory will be in effect until further notice. You will need to boil your tap water for at least one minute before consumption or for food preparation. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Recommendations:

Frosst Street, and du Merlot Street Nature of the work: Installation of an underground energy corridor to provide power to upcoming residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. The work will be carried out in three phases over spring and summer 2025. Expected disruptions: Full closure of the south lane of Brunswick Boulevard, between Charles E. Frosst Street and du Merlot Street. During this period, contraflow traffic will be maintained in the north lane. Residents located within the work zone will always have access to their homes, as per the signage in place.

Rehabilitation of the water mainFrom Spring to Fall 2025, the Town will be carrying out structural lining work on Kirkland Boulevard, Beacon Street, Daniel Street, Mountain View Street and Centennial Crescent. Residents affected by the work will receive letters informing them of the interventions planned in their area. Phase 1 : Rue Daniel et Boul. KirklandPhase 1: Work completed on June 16 Phase 2: Mountain View Street, Beacon Street (between Mountain View and Kirkland Blvd.), and Kirkland Blvd. (between Daniel and Beacon)Update : July 31, 2025 The municipal water system will be restored at the beginning of the week of August 4. Dates: mid-June to early August 2025 Temporary drinking water supply system: The installation of the temporary water supply system has been completed and was put into operation on June 16 to supply residences in the affected area. The general contractor, Insituform Technologies, retained by the city to carry out this work, has sent documentation to affected residences to this effect. Important information for reference :
